Protein Science Protein Science is a publication of the Protein Society focusing on full-length original research papers and review articles. The scope of the journal covers structure, function and regulation of peptides and proteins and their role in biological processes. Free access to archived articles (since 1992) is provided 12 months after publication.

Proteome Science Peer reviewed online journal published by BioMed Central Ltd. Proteome Science publishes original research articles in the general area of functional and structural proteomics.
